Please note that every attempt is made to remind you of upcoming appointments through email and text. We do require a 24-hour notice if you are unable to make your appointment. When appointments are not kept, there is a gap in the schedule for the practitioner, and we often have a "wait list" of patients wanting to schedule. Therefore a late fee will be charged for patients that do not notify us in a timely manner:
- For Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Functional Medicine services: Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will result in a $35 fee. New patient late cancellation will result in a $55 fee, due to longer appointment time. No Call/No Show missed appointments for Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Functional Medicine services will result in a $50 fee.
- For Massage Therapy: Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will result in a fee of half the cost of the session. No Show/No Call missed appointments will be charged at full price for the missed session.
These policies do not apply for missed appointments due to inclement weather.
